Class Calendar
Group fitness classes priority is given to those who signup ahead online.
Bouldering classes are limited to 12 participants. Spaces are only reservable online.
Yoga & Fitness class priority is given to those who signup ahead online.
If you’re new to yoga & group fitness, these classes are a great place to start and are designed to be welcoming for beginners:
Yoga: Intro to Yoga, Slow Flow, & Restorative
Fitness: Strength & Conditioning, MYA Mondays, Functional Fitness, & Ass & Abs

All reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance.
TO MAKE A RESERVATION — Select a class on the calendar, and use the “Information and Dates” link.
TO CANCEL A RESERVATION - If you can’t make your class, please give us a heads up by canceling your reservation. If you are a no-show, it blocks another member’s access.
Individual Fitness
Our fitness space has everything you need to train hard, stay mobile, and get stronger. We have free weights, racks, dedicated stretching space with mobility tools, cardio equipment, lifting platforms, and more. We hope you’ll find what you need to train, and if anything is missing, just let us know.
If training alone isn’t your style, join us in the dedicated group fitness studio for one of our classes. Our trainers will help you stay fit and learn new skills while keeping you motivated.
