Rock Stars: (ages 10-14) - Join our Rock Stars group, where youth will train twice a week, dedicating 2 hours per session to enhancing their climbing abilities. This class is perfect for climbers eager to develop their skills through a systematic training regimen. Each week, we will target a specific aspect of climbing, such as mobility, hangboarding, and circuit training. If you're determined to advance your climbing skills and achieve your goals this season, the Rock Stars group is for you!
This program has a maximum of 10 participants, with a minimum of 4 participants needed to hold the class.
