Lisa Black
Lisa Black has brought her powerful energy, expertise, and passion to teaching Creative Power Vinyasa Yoga to thousands of people over the past 25 years around the Pacific Northwest. As the founder of Shakti Vinyasa Yoga studios in 2003, she directed three busy yoga studios, created connected yoga communities, trained hundreds of teachers, taught thousands of students, and continues to touch the lives of students through her classes. Lisa teaches with passion, playfulness, skill, and insight. Her supportive yet challenging method of teaching empowers each person to discover their own strength and possibilities in their practice.
Lisa lives in Seattle with her two (teenaged) children and she enjoys playing competitive tennis, hiking, biking, and skiing. Join her for daily yoga classes and workshops at SOL Yoga in the Leschi Neighborhood or come on an adventure to her week-long Mexico Yoga Retreat.

Saturday, May 10th:
10 AM - 12 PM, Creative Variations: How to Up-Level Your Vinyasa Yoga Practice(Exploring binds & side plank variations—"spice it up & bring more flavor!")
2 PM - 4 PM:, Foundations of Inversions: Gain Confidence, Freedom & Inspiration Going Upside Down (learn tools and techniques for safely going upside down in handstand, forearm balance, tripod, headstand, and shoulder stand)
Sunday, May 11th:
9 AM - 11 AM, Mother’s Day Workshop: self-care, balancing effort and ease. Invite a mother to join you honoring all mothers for a special yoga workshop exploring connection, inspiration, and restoration.
Bradshaw Wish
Bradshaw Wish is an experienced yoga teacher based in Chicago with over ten years of teaching experience. He leads public classes, teacher trainings, and international retreats, blending classical vinyasa with a mindful, modern update. Bradshaw studied under master teacher Jason Crandell for his 500-hour certification, and his classes are both educational and anatomical, all while maintaining a lighthearted, fun vibe.
With a wealth of knowledge and a touch of sass, Bradshaw’s classes are sure to engage and inspire. He also hosts the yoga podcast The Funny Thing About Yoga, where he mixes humor with insightful conversations on yoga. You can follow him on social media for a dose of great yoga humor.
