We understand that circumstances change. To cancel your membership, you may log in to your virtual profile at any time or visit our facility to speak with a front desk team member. Please be aware that because membership billing occurs on the first of each month, requests processed after the first may still be subject to the current month’s dues
Yes, we do! Our family memberships are designed for parents and youth, and must be registered in person. Children aged 3 and under are free.
Monthly memberships do not require any long-term commitment. Please note that pre-paid annual memberships cannot be paused and are non-refundable.
We do not offer add-on membership options unless it is for a parent and additional youth. Every member is responsible for their own individual payment. Additionally, all of our membership options include unlimited guest passes for first-time visitors.
Monthly memberships renew automatically on the first day of each month, whereas prepaid annual memberships do not auto-renew and will expire at the end of their one-year cycle.
We accommodate membership changes, though facility services remain identical for everyone. If you want to upgrade your monthly membership to a prepaid annual membership, we allow this transition. Family add-ons are also available for both monthly and annual options in person. To cancel or change your membership please do so HERE.
We have free parking on-site via our parking lot. There is also a dirt lot adjacent to North Mass to use for overflow.
